Our olive leaves are hand-selected during the harvest and pruning season before being air-dried and chopped. Olive leaf infusions have been used since ancient times for antioxidant, immune, antiviral support (especially useful in winter), arthritis and hypertension. Give yourself some love with this relaxing and clarity-inducing infusion that this tea has to offer. (Do not use if you have low blood pressure)
Directions: Steep 1 tbsp in a cup (150ml) of water just off the boil for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot or iced.
