- Wash the apple and chop into small chunks. No need to peel.
- Put the apple chunks into a non-stick pan with a tablespoonful of water.
- Add the cinnamon and simmer gently on a low heat for 10 minutes or until the apple pieces are soft but not mushy. Drizzle in more water while you're cooking if it looks too dry
- Split the oats between two bowls, spoon on the cooked apple, top with the toasted almond and a dollop of peanut butter.
- Grab a spoon and dive right into that nutty, fruity, spicy creaminess!
