APPLE & CINNAMON BREAKFAST BOWL

Ingredients:

  • 1 large red apple
  • 400g oat flakes
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp toasted almond
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter


  • Instructions:
    • Wash the apple and chop into small chunks. No need to peel.
    • Put the apple chunks into a non-stick pan with a tablespoonful of water.
    • Add the cinnamon and simmer gently on a low heat for 10 minutes or until the apple pieces are soft but not mushy. Drizzle in more water while you're cooking if it looks too dry
    • Split the oats between two bowls, spoon on the cooked apple, top with the toasted almond and a dollop of peanut butter.
    • Grab a spoon and dive right into that nutty, fruity, spicy creaminess!
