50 G Low Fat Milk
- 1 Onion

Directions:
Preheat The Oven To 160° C.
- Peel The Potatoes, Grate Them, Wash Them Then Drain Them.
- Slice The Onion Thinly And Add It To The Potatoes.
- Heat The Oil And The Butter Then Sautee The Potatoes And Onion For 10 Minutes. Stir Regularly.
- Add Salt And Pepper Then Add The Spinach, Sautee For 3 Minutes.
- In A Bowl, Whisk The Eggs And The Milk Then Add The Vegetables Mix.
- Transfer The Mix To The Oven And Bake For 20 Minutes.
