1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 tbsp of brown cane sugar
¼ cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of water
6 tbsp of peanut butter
Fresh cranberries and rosemary for garnish
-In a large bowl, beat the 6 eggs with an electric mixer until frothy .
-Add cake mix, water and oil and mix again.
-Line a baking pan then coat liner with butter spray , pour the batter and spread evenly.
Bake at 180˚ C for 15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Roll the cake slowly then unroll and spread peanut butter.
Using a fork, create a bark-like pattern in frosting .
Garnish with cranberries & rosemary.
