Ingredients:
1 L of red wine
1 orange
1 lemon
100g of brown cane sugar
500 ml of grape juice
5 cloves
1 bay leaf
1 star anise
10 dried cranberries
1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
-Chop the orange and lemon then caramelize the sugar in a large saucepan and deglaze with grape juice. Stir until caramel is dissolved.
Add chopped orange and lemon , cloves, bay leaf, star anise, cranberries, cinnamon.
Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for approximately 10-15 min
Add red wine but do not boil.
Serve hot.
