- 300 G Fat Free Milk
- 200 G Dark Chocolate for cooking
- 100 G Butter with 75% less fat
- 2 Eggs
- 100 G Gluten Free Flour
- 12 Cherries
Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Slice the chocolate and the butter into cubes.
- In a bowl, add the milk, butter and chocolate and melt by doing a bain-marie.
- Add the eggs and mix them well.
- Add the flour, mix then transfer to a 24 x 18 cm greased mould.
- Incorporate the cherries to the dough then bake for 20 minutes.
