Delicious brownies infused with cherries that are full of vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 300 G Fat Free Milk 
  • 200 G Dark Chocolate for cooking
  • 100 G Butter with 75% less fat
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 G Gluten Free Flour 
  • 12 Cherries

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

  • Slice the chocolate and the butter into cubes.
  • In a bowl, add the milk, butter and chocolate and melt by doing a bain-marie.
  • Add the eggs and mix them well.
  • Add the flour, mix then transfer to a 24 x 18 cm greased mould.
  • Incorporate the cherries to the dough then bake for 20 minutes.
