- 1/2 cup of hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/2cup of cocoa powder
- 1cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of hazelnut chocolate spread
- 1 cup of gluten free all purpose flour
- 2 cups of cane sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1tsp of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven at 180C.
- Cream the butter with sugar.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients then add the chopped hazelnuts.
- Pour in a greased pan and bake at 180C for 30min.
