Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter
Press into the pan and preheat it for 8 min
For the filling
Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar using a spatula
Add the sour cream and mix , then heavy cream and mix
Add the eggs one at w time beating each until just combined . Finally , mix the vanilla and lemon juice into the filling
Put the pan inside a water bath , into the oven for 60-75 minutes at 180'c . Chill the pan outside the oven then into the refrigerator for atleast 4 hours . Add any topping you want
