Ingredients:
Crust
- 100g biscuits
- 40g melted butter
Filling
- 240g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions:
For the crust
- Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter
- Press into the pan and preheat it for 8 min
For the filling
- Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar using a spatula
- Add the sour cream and mix , then heavy cream and mix
- Add the eggs one at w time beating each until just combined . Finally , mix the vanilla and lemon juice into the filling
- Put the pan inside a water bath , into the oven for 60-75 minutes at 180'c . Chill the pan outside the oven then into the refrigerator for atleast 4 hours . Add any topping you want
