Ingredients:

Crust

  • 100g biscuits
  • 40g melted butter

Filling

  • 240g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions:

For the crust

  • Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter
  • Press into the pan and preheat it for 8 min

For the filling

  • Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar using a spatula
  • Add the sour cream and mix , then heavy cream and mix
  • Add the eggs one at w time beating each until just combined . Finally , mix the vanilla and lemon juice into the filling
  • Put the pan inside a water bath , into the oven for 60-75 minutes at 180'c . Chill the pan outside the oven then into the refrigerator for atleast 4 hours . Add any topping you want
