Ingredients:
- Buckwheat Flour ( Naturalia) 2.5 cups
- Chia Seed
- 1/4 cup Baking Powder
- 3 teaspoons
- 1/4 coconut Oil (or other)
- 5 teaspoon Salt (Pink Himalayan)
- Water (half a cup)
- Sunflower/Pumpkin seeds (Raw for toppings - optional)
Instructions:
- Soak Chia Seeds in 1 cup of Water for 10 minutes
- Place the Buckwheat flour together with the Salt,Baking Powder and mix
- Add the oil and chia seeds and mix
- Add a bit of water if you find mixture too hard to mix
- Use a small pan or a loaf pan (best) and put mixture in
- Put on top the raw Pumpkin and sunflower seeds (Optional)
- Put in preheated oven for around 20' (180 degree)
