How to Make Gluten Free Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups warm water
  • 2 Tsp cane sugar 
  • 2 Tsp dry yeast
  • 3 ½ to 4 Cups gluten free flour 
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil hot pepper 
  • 2 Tsp fleur de sel

Directions

-Preheat oven to 180 C then combine the ingredients together.

-Knead for 5 minutes then cover the dough and let it rise for 2 hours.

-Stretch the dough forming a round shape then add the toppings needed.
