GLUTEN FREE ZUCCHINI CRISPY STICKS

Instructions:
  • Place the flour on a plate and season with some salt, do the same with the egg in a separate plate. Mix the panko and cornstarch and season with some salt in a third plate
  • Preheat your oven to 210C
  • Dip your zucchini in the flour, remove any excess, then dip it in the egg, and then the panko mix,
  • Then back in the egg mixture and then back into the panko mix to make sure its properly coated
  • Place on a baking try and spray some oil on it, and bake until golden brown and crunchy (flip them half way)
  • Serve immediately
