
1.Yellow pasta:
-To a bowl,add 1.5 cups of flour,turmeric, make a whole in the middle and crack 2 eggs inside.
-Start to mix them slowly (for about 10 minutes) till a round dough is formed.
-Using a roller or a pasta machine form a rectangle then cut them horizontally till you form the pasta.
-Cook in water for 7 minutes.
2.Green pasta
-Repeat the same process but replace the turmeric with moringa powder.
3.Pink Pasta
-Repeat the same process but replace the turmeric with the juice of 1 small beetroot.
4.Orange Pasta
-Repeat the same process but replace the turmeric with the juice of 1 small carrot.
