- 3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 Tsp cream of tartar
- Preheat the oven to 150 C then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the eggs, placing the yolks in the bowl of your mixer along with the cream cheese. Using the whisk attachment, beat the egg yolks and the cream cheese until well incorporated then transfer to a bowl.
- Place the egg whites in the mixer bowl and beat on medium speed until bubbly. Add the cream of tartar and beat for 5 minutes.
- Mix everything together in one bowl then scoop to dollop the batter onto your prepared baking sheet.
