
-In a bowl mix the water with the yeast and let them rest for 5 minutes.
-Add the flour ½ cup at a time then knead the dough.
-Form a ball, cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
-Divide it into 2 balls then form the shape of the pretzel with each one.
-In boiling water, salt and baking soda, dip each piece for 1 minute maximum.
Transfer to a baking pan and bake them on 200 C for 30 minutes then sprinkle with zaatar.
