- 200g of button mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 1.5 tbsp of cream cheese
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- 3 eggs
- Dash salt and white pepper
- Preheat the oven to 160C.
- Prepare the crust by mixing the flour, eggs, butter, salt and pepper.
- Knead then refrigerate for few hours.
- Spread on a quiche pan.
- Slice the mushrooms, onions then add them to a bowl.
- Add the cream cheese, cooking cream, eggs, mustard and season with salt & pepper.
- Add the mix to the quiche then bake.
