Instructions:

  • Preheat The Oven To 160° C.
  • Peel The Potatoes, Grate Them, Wash Them Then Drain Them.
  • Slice The Onion Thinly And Add It To The Potatoes.
  • Heat The Oil And The Butter Then Sautee The Potatoes And Onion For 10 Minutes. Stir Regularly.
  • Add Salt And Pepper Then Add The Spinach, Sautee For 3 Minutes.
  • In A Bowl, Whisk The Eggs And The Milk Then Add The Vegetables Mix.
  • Transfer The Mix To The Oven And Bake For 20 Minutes.
