Combine the following:
150 grams greek yogurt
1 cup shredded coconut
1 medium spoon honey
2 TBS beetroot powder
Form into balls and place in the fridge for 30 mn
Melt 200 grams dessert chocolate
Dip the balls in the chocolate
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens
Serve and enjoy!
