Because no one wants to cook from scratch every night.
I’m not into the boring “chicken and broccoli in 10 containers” type of prep. Instead, I do these hacks:
1. Batch Base
I cook a big pot of quinoa, rice, or lentils. That becomes the base for bowls, salads, or stir-fries.
2. Roast Once, Eat Twice
I roast trays of veggies (zucchini, peppers, sweet potatoes). They go into wraps, pastas, or as sides.
3. Protein in Bulk
Boiled eggs, baked salmon, or shredded chicken ready in the fridge = instant meals.
4. Sauce = Everything
I make 1–2 sauces (tahini lemon, pesto). They transform any meal in seconds.
Meal prep doesn’t have to be boring — it’s just giving future you an easier week.
