Refunds are not applicable unless you have received damaged or defective items.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if they were not delivered on the agreed time.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call us at 01698488 or 03116408

If you received a wrong product, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and send us an email or whatsapp. Our team will call you to exchange it.

Refunds Payment:

Refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and they will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends of issuing bank of the credit card.

You will - in certain cases - be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
