🍳Ingredients:
- 🧀 80 g feta cheese block (keep whole)
- 🍅 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 🫑 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 🥒 1/2 small zucchini (sliced into half-moons)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 🌿 1/2 tsp dried oregano (or Italian herbs)
- 🫒 1 tsp butter
- 🧂 Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 🌱 Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
👩Instructions:
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 200°C / 390°F.
- 🥣 In a small baking dish, add veggies (tomatoes, bell pepper, zucchini) + garlic.
- 🫒 Add butter,, sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- 🧀 Place feta block in the center of the dish, surrounded by the veggies.
- 🍽 Drizzle a tiny bit more olive oil over the feta.
- ⏱ Bake for 20–25 minutes until veggies are tender and feta is slightly golden.
- 🌱 Garnish with basil or parsley.
