Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped (raw or lightly steamed)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric (or 1-inch fresh turmeric root)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • ½ cup water (adjust for blending consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Blend: In a high-speed blender, combine carrots, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, honey, and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain (optional): For a smoother texture, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
  3. Freeze: Pour the liquid into an ice cube tray and freeze for 4–6 hours or until solid.
  4. Store: Transfer cubes to a freezer-safe bag or container for long-term storage.
  5. Use: Drop one cube into warm water, tea, smoothies, or juice for a quick immunity boost.
