Ingredients:
- 2 large oranges
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Whisk the eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, and orange juice together.
- In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
