I suggest writing Low-Fat instead of Fat-Free because it sounds healthier and less extreme.

What to eat:
Grilled chicken, tuna, white fish, egg whites, lentils, beans, vegetables, fruits, rice, potatoes, oats, low-fat yogurt if tolerated, light soups, popcorn.

What to avoid / check:
Fried foods, creamy sauces, heavy dressings, butter, full-fat cheese, pastries, chips, processed snacks, and too many nuts or oils.

Light Chicken & Veggie Wrap
Use: wrap or gluten-free wrap, grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mustard-lemon sauce, herbs.
