3 INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 3/4 cups oat flakes
- 2 tbsp chocolate spread
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients then form a cookie shape.
- Bake on 170C for 15 minutes.
APPLE DONUTS
Ingredients:
- 1 medium apple
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp coconut powder
Instructions:
- Slice the apple and make a hole in the center of each piece.
- Spread peanut butter on each slice.
- Top with coconut powder.
NO BAKE ENERGY BALLS
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups oat flakes
- 1 cup nalmond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to scoop and form the dough into balls.

Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
