Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 150mL milk (plant based or not)
- 125g oat flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- Coconut oil
- Vanilla
- Fruits of your choice
Instructions:
- Start by toasting your almonds in a pan, and leave aside
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk until combined
- Then add your sifted oat flour and baking powder, whisk until combined
- Add a splash of vanilla (optional)
- In a pan, add a few drops of coconut oil then heat it up, and you can start cooking your pancakes
- Cut the fruits to accompany the pancakes
- Finally add peanut butter, maple syrup and the toasted almonds
