Almond Fruit Oat Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 150mL milk (plant based or not)
  • 125g oat flour
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • Coconut oil
  • Vanilla
  • Fruits of your choice


Instructions:

  • Start by toasting your almonds in a pan, and leave aside
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk until combined
  • Then add your sifted oat flour and baking powder, whisk until combined
  • Add a splash of vanilla (optional)
  • In a pan, add a few drops of coconut oil then heat it up, and you can start cooking your pancakes
  • Cut the fruits to accompany the pancakes
  • Finally add peanut butter, maple syrup and the toasted almonds
