  • 1 kg flour 500 g
  • Elle et vire unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 cup Hershey’s cocoa powder
  • 400g Hershey’s chocolate chips


  • Add all the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar and cocoa)
  • Add the eggs with the salt and vanilla
  • Add the butter
  • Mix them all together
  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and bake them for 20-30 minutes
  • Melt the chocolate chips over a bain-marie
  • Add them to the baked petit-four
