  • 1 cup lentil
  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1/2 can chickpeas
  • 1/ 2cup rice
  • 6 onions chopped
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Chili Oil
  • Flour


  • Put lentil and rice in a pot
  • Add salt cumin and garlic
  • Leave it till boiled and the water disappear
  • Boil the pasta for 5 to 7 minutes
  • Mix onions with flour and fried it until having brow color but not too much dark
  • For the tomato sauce it is easy just put onion garlic some chilly and salt and leave it until boiling for about 5 to 6 minutes
  • For the serving we put ingredients as layers starting with lentil and rice than pasta topped with sauce and onions and some chickpeas
