SPINACH CAKE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup fine semolina
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp spinach powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup skimmed milk

Frosting:

Instructions:

  • Mix Ingredients then divide between 2 baking sheets.
  • Bake until done around 25 minutes at 180 C
  • Allow to cool then spread with frosting and decorate with berries of choice.
  • For the frosting Cocomi coconut cream 1/3 cup 1. 5 cups Elle et vire whipping cream 2 tsp powdered sugar Whip until semi stiff peaks form Allow to cool then spread and pipe on cake
