Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashew
- 6 medjool dates pitted
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions:
- In a food processor, add cashew, dates, cacao powder, and vanilla
- Blend until finely chopped and smooth
- Add honey and blend again
- To turn it into mousse, add water gradually and blend until fluffy and smooth.
- Eat it straight or refrigerate it if you prefer it harder or colder.
