  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 30 g melted butter
  • Vanilla
  • 1 cup semi skimmed milk (candia)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour suitable for cake and pastries (naturalia)


  • Melt the butter and let it cool set aside
  • Beat eggs with vanilla well until combined
  • Add the flour and mix well until a thick batter is formed
  • Add milk gradually with butter this will end up with a lump free and smooth batter
  • Grease a non stick pan add 1/4 cup of batter for each crêpe
