Ingredients:
5 tbsp of dried cranberries
5 sprigs of rosemary
25g of walnuts
2 tbsp of cranberry sauce
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 egg yolk
Cranberry Sauce :
400g of dried cranberries
200 ml of orange juice
40 ml of red wine
80g of brown cane sugar
1 orange zest
Fleur de sel & black pepper as needed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 ˚֯֯C.
Chop rosemary, cranberries and walnuts and transfer them to a bowl.
Prepare cranberry sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients.
Roll out puff pastry, add cranberry mixture to the center and place Brie on top.
Brush edges of the pastry with egg yolk.
Fold edges into center and pat down the seams.
Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes
