1️⃣ Cut the nori sheets into circles using a knife or round cutter. 🔪⚪️
2️⃣ Spread a thin layer of cooked sushi rice evenly over each nori circle. 🍚✨
3️⃣ Carefully fold them into a taco shape. 🌮
4️⃣ Place in an air fryer or oven until crispy (watch closely to avoid burning!). 🔥🫶
5️⃣ Meanwhile, mix your filling:
• Combine cooked baby shrimps, vegan mayo, chili sauce, sweetener, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 🍤🥣
