Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or LivGood electrolytes mixed in water)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 scoop LivGood vanilla plant-based protein (or collagen powder)

Toppings:

  • Fresh berries

  • Sliced kiwi or peach

  • Coconut flakes

  • Hemp seeds

  • A drizzle of almond butter

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add frozen fruits, coconut water, chia seeds, and protein or collagen powder.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy (you may need to scrape the sides or add a splash more liquid).

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite fresh ingredients.

  4. Enjoy right away as a refreshing, nourishing breakfast or snack!
