• 6 small Apricots

For Balsamic Glaze Dressing:

• 4 tbsps Extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsps Balsamic glaze
• Salt
• Black pepper, preferably freshly grounded

Top with:

• Linseeds
• Goat Cheese
