Optimal efficiency
We have chosen to use magnesium mainly in the form of bisglycinate (85%) combined with magnesium oxide (15%) for better absorption. This combination makes it possible to concentrate 300 mg of magnesium in just 3 capsules, where a 100% bisglycinate form would have required 4. Magnesium bisglycinate, a form particularly well tolerated by the body, effectively crosses the intestinal barrier, making it very highly assimilable. Magnesium oxide present in small quantities does not affect digestive tolerance but helps increase the intake of the element magnesium in a reduced number of capsules. Magnesium therefore arrives more easily in the blood and acts more quickly without digestive discomfort.
An expert formula
Our magnesium bisglycinate is very well dosed in magnesium: 3 capsules provide 300 mg of magnesium (80% of NRV*) i.e. the maximum daily dose authorized in food supplements.
Its formula also contains vitamin B6 to optimize the assimilation of magnesium by the body as well as the taurine of non-animal origin : this amino acid, combined with magnesium, transforms into magnesium taurinate, a very bioavailable form for cells, further enhancing the action of magnesium in the body.
