Full detailed menu for ten days to follow with instructions and daily coaching on how to cook your food.
People who apply should be willing to:
- Fully commit for the period of 10 days, with no "cheating" and "off" days
- Send Picsof scales and body for follow up (fully dressed)

VEGGIES/FRUITS:
- 4x avocados
- Rocca
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Zucchini
- Eggplant
- Onion
- Garlic
- 1 small green onion
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower x3
- Lemon/lime
- Basil/rosemary/oregano/zaatar
- 4 or 5 mushrooms
- 2 kg mixed bell peppers
- Spinach
- Lettuce( not iceberg)
- Pickled jalapenos (optional)
- Strawberries or blueberries or raspberries (fresh of frozen)
The ketogenic foods products:
- Knefe/halawa
- Ketobread

Protein :
- 16 eggs
- Minced meat
- Chicken thighs/breasts
- 200 g shrimp
- 1 tuna can
- Β½ kilo unseasoned shawarma meat
- Turkey or pepperoni
- Optional: steak
