Makdous, also known as stuffed eggplants or pickled eggplants, is a traditional Middle Eastern food that consists of small eggplants that are stuffed with a mixture of walnuts, and red pepper, then preserved in oil. At Kamakian, we source these all-natural ingredients from our farmers all over Lebanon. This eggplant makdous is handpicked and processed using the best techniques utilizing a recipe passed down from mother to daughter.
