My mornings are sacred; they set the tone for everything that follows. I try not to use my phone for the first 30 minutes of waking up. Here’s a glimpse into the rituals that help me stay grounded, energized, and aligned with my purpose:

  • 📖 Journaling: I begin with a few minutes of gratitude journaling, brain-dumping any emotions and listing 3 things I’m thankful for.
  • 💨 Breathwork: Just 5 deep, intentional breaths to reset my nervous system and invite calm.
  • 🧘 Meditation: A short guided meditation or silence, depending on what I feel I need that day.
  • 📚 Morning reading: A few pages of something uplifting or educational (I love The Miracle Morning, or any Mark Hyman book).
  • 🌿 Nourishment: I follow with my morning drink ritual (lemon water with pink salt, green juice), followed by a nutrient-dense breakfast that supports my hormones and energy.

These practices aren’t just habits, they’re part of my healing journey. They help me show up better: for my work, my relationships, and myself.
