🍳Ingredients (1 serving):
- 🥛 60 g goat labneh (about 2 tbsp)
- 🥒 1 medium cucumber (sliced lengthwise into thin strips)
- 🥕 1 small carrot (julienned)
- 🌶 1/4 red bell pepper (thin strips)
- 🌿 1 tsp fresh dill or parsley (finely chopped)
- 🧂 Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 🍞 Livgood protein bread
👩Instructions:
- 🥒 Lay cucumber slices flat on a cutting board.
- 🥄 Spread a thin layer of goat labneh over each slice.
- 🥕 Place carrot and bell pepper strips at one end of the cucumber slice.
- 🌿 Sprinkle dill or parsley on top.
- 🔄 Roll each slice tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- 🧂 Season lightly with salt and pepper before serving.
