Ingredients:
✨50g sour-dough
muhammara mix:
✨1 tablespoon goat labneh
✨1 teaspoon sundried tomato tapenade
✨1 minced garlic clove
✨teaspoon organic pomegranate molasses
✨salt & pepper
✨50g diced grilled halloumi
✅ Instructions:
✨ 1️⃣ Toast or grill the sourdough until golden and crisp.
✨ 2️⃣ In a small bowl, mix the goat labneh, sundried tomato tapenade, minced garlic, pomegranate molasses, salt, and pepper to make the muhammara spread.
✨ 3️⃣ Grill or pan-fry the diced halloumi until golden on all sides.
✨ 4️⃣ Spread the muhammara mix generously over the toasted sourdough.
✨ 5️⃣ Top with the warm grilled halloumi cubes.
✨ 6️⃣ Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
