Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda (for bigger volume) or teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup packed brown sugar (replace with stevia to turn it into a 50 calories/ piece recipe)
- 3/4 cup plain Zero Fat Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or ur choice of oil)
- Cacao Nibs (Optional)
- Tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven until 350ΒΊF.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add the brown sugar and Greek yogurt to the flour mixture and stir.
- Add in the eggs and coconut oil and mix until combined.
- Line a 22 cm baking dish with parchment paper (or spray the baking dish with oil & flour sprinkle) and pour in the brownie batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes on 180 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cut into 14 pieces for a 100 calorie piece!
