Eggs, Peas & Feta Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2/3 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 Egg (whisked)
  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (large)
  • 2 tbsps Feta Cheese

 

Directions:

1. Add the oil to a large pan over medium heat. Add the peas and sauté for two minutes.
2. Add the eggs to the pan and cook for two to three minutes or until desired doneness.
Move around the pan to scramble as needed.
3. Add the eggs and peas to the tortilla. Top with feta and roll the tortilla to close it. Cut in
half and enjoy!
