Healthylicious Goat Labneh & Nuts Brittle Salad By Sara

Ingredients:
For the nuts brittle, combine:

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • Goat Labneh balls
  • Pickled wild thyme
  • Cherry tomato
  • Olives
  • Purslane
Instructions:
  • Combine all the nuts and seeds with maple syrup and olive oil
  • Spread on a pan lined with baking paper
  • Bake for 35 min at 170 degrees C
  • Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan
