Acai is a berry with a dark reddish-purple color that looks similar to a berry. Acai is considered a “superfruit” as it is packed with fiber, antioxidants, amino acids, and healthy fats. Available in different forms, this recipe we will be using a powder form!
Ingredients needed :
Acai berry powder ( Purasana)
Peddle life berry ( raspberry and strawberry)
Greek Yogurt
Alpro unsweetened almond milk
Frozen banana
Livgood Walnuts and almonds for toppings
Blueberries
Nabat Chia seeds
Step 1 : Add milk, yogurt, berries, banana, acai, and collagen powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy (stop and stir mixture when needed)
Step 2: Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl. Top with sliced bananas, dried strawberries, raspberry, blueberries and chia seeds. You can add walnuts and almonds for an extra crunch and nutrients. Enjoy!
