Buckwheat Bread

  • Buckwheat Flour ( Naturalia) 2.5 cups
  • Chia Seed
  • 1/4 cup Baking Powder
  • 3 teaspoons
  • 1/4 coconut Oil (or other)
  • 5 teaspoon Salt (Pink Himalayan)
  • Water (half a cup)
  • Sunflower/Pumpkin seeds (Raw for toppings - optional)


  • Soak Chia Seeds in 1 cup of Water for 10 minutes
  • Place the Buckwheat flour together with the Salt,Baking Powder and mix
  • Add the oil and chia seeds and mix
  • Add a bit of water if you find mixture too hard to mix
  • Use a small pan or a loaf pan (best) and put mixture in
  • Put on top the raw Pumpkin and sunflower seeds (Optional)
  • Put in preheated oven for around 20' (180 degree)
