Vegan Rice Pudding

  • Coconut cream (1 LITER)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rose water
  • 1 tablespoon Orange blossom
  • 1 cup Egyptian Rice
  • 3 cup water
  • 5 mastic crystal


  • In a pot add the rice and 2 cups of water and bring to boil
  • Then, lower the heat and cover and let it simmer until water is absorbed
  • Add the coconut cream 1 cup water and the sugar to the cooked rice
  • Stir well on medium heat keep storing while it thickens(5 minute)
  • In a mortar and postal add the mastic crystals and 2 tablespoon sugar Crash until u have a fine powder
  • Add it to the rice pudding and mix well turn off the heat
  • Add rose &(and)orange blossom water stir and pour into serving cups let it cool before outing it in the fridge
  • For the topping : Crash the kaeak or biscuit Add to a pan with coconut oil and sugar and toast carefully on medium heat.
