Ingredients:
- 1 pack of biscuits
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of condensed milk( for less calories, i use sugar free)
- 2 tbsp melted butter ( I use unsalted low fat Ellevire butter)
- 1/2 dark chocolate bar
Instructions:
- Crush the biscuits
- Add shredded coconut & the condensed milk
- Add the melted butter and mix using a spatula till they become foldable (if they're not foldable yet, add more butter & nestle till you get the right thickness) Take 1/3 of our mixture and add half tsp cocoa powder
- you can form the mixture as circles or sphere or using any tool you have
- melt the chocolate bar and decorate your bites
- place them in the refrigerator
