Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup oats
Instructions:
- Mix using a strong blender/mixer until it forms a sticky mix (add 1-2 tablespoon water if you feel the dough is dry)
- Assemble the dough into balls and refrigerate until you melt the 70-80% dark chocolate bar
- Cover the balls in Dark Chocolate And sprinkle coconut on top then refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving
