  • 1 pack of egg noodles
  • 1 cup of finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped red peppers
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of corn
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Sesame seeds to garnish


  • Prepare the sauce by mixing the sugar, vinegar and soy sauce and set it aside
  • On high heat sauté the onions, garlic and ginger and then add gradually the vegetables.
  • Keep stirring until lightly browned, meanwhile cook the noodles as per the package instructions
  • When the vegetables reach the desired consistency toss over the noodles and the sauce and cook for additional 3 mins, sprinkle with the sesame.
