Ingredients:
- 150 grams chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- Orange zest
- 4 TBS cacao powder
- sesame seed tahini
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate in a double wear
- Add butter and mix
- Add brown and white sugar and mix using a hand whisk
- Add eggs one at a time and mix well
- Add vanilla and orange zest, mix then add cacao powder and flour
- In a pan, add parchment paper and pour the mixture over
- Add tahini drops and use a tooth pic to distribute the tahini on the brownies and swirl
- Sprinkle Sesame seeds and bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 25 minutes
