Tahini Brownies

  • 150 grams chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • Orange zest
  • 4 TBS cacao powder
  • sesame seed tahini


  • Melt chocolate in a double wear
  • Add butter and mix
  • Add brown and white sugar and mix using a hand whisk
  • Add eggs one at a time and mix well
  • Add vanilla and orange zest, mix then add cacao powder and flour
  • In a pan, add parchment paper and pour the mixture over
  • Add tahini drops and use a tooth pic to distribute the tahini on the brownies and swirl
  • Sprinkle Sesame seeds and bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 25 minutes
